Rolex Watch Giveaway Official Rules

Eligibility:

• Entrants must attend DealMAX 2024 to be eligible.
• Entrants must be 18 years or older.
• Entrants must be legal residents of the United States.

How to Enter (no purchase necessary):

• Follow Made Market, Inc. on LinkedIn or X and show us proof at Booth #416 during DealMAX 2024 conference (1 entry).
• Like and comment on one of our giveaway announcement posts on social media and show us proof at Booth #416 during DealMAX 2024 conference (1 entry).
• Refer someone to visit our booth at DealMAX 2024 and enter Giveaway (1 entry per referral). The referred person must provide the entrant's name as a referral, or the entrant must be present with the referred person.
• Create an account on https://dealreach.com (1 entry). Note: This option is only available to buy-side professionals.
• Complete a demo of MadeMarket (1 entry). Note: This option is only available to investment bankers.

Prize:

• One Rolex watch valued at $15,000.

Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be notified by email or phone and announced on our social media channels.

Taxes and Fees:

• The winner is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize.

Giveaway Period:

• The giveaway will start on April 24, 2024, and end on July 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM PDT.

Draw Date:

• The winner will be selected and announced on August 7, 2024, at 10:00 AM PDT.

Entry Period:

• Entries will be accepted during the giveaway period, starting from April 24, 2024, and ending on July 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM PDT.

General Rules:

• Employees of Made Market, Inc. and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
• By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Made Market, Inc.
• Made Market, Inc. reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time.

Limitation of Liability:

• The giveaway and these rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada and the United States.

Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes arising out of or related to the giveaway shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Privacy Policy:

• By entering, entrants agree that their personal information may be collected, used, and disclosed by Made Market, Inc. for the purpose of administering the giveaway and as otherwise permitted by law.

Intellectual Property:

Publicity:

• By entering, entrants agree to allow Made Market, Inc. to use their name, likeness, and image for promotional purposes, without compensation.
